The campaign goal to end chronic homelessness in 20 communities and house 20,000 of the most vulnerable homeless people by July 2020 is intentionally time-bound, concrete and measurable. To keep our movement honest, accurate and continuously improving, the campaign will provide timely and public reporting on our progress.
Key milestones in the campaign begin with achieving a quality By-Name List to ensure reliable, real-time and consistent data from which to to measure progress. Once communities have a quality By-Name List, they are ready to begin measuring reductions. From there, communities work to reach and sustain functional zero on chronic homelessness. See a progress snapshot below as well as further details in Campaign Progress Measures (updated on a least a monthly basis).
The campaign only collects aggregate and non-identifying information from communities. We roll up this data to provide regular reports that track progress towards the Campaign goals and celebrate key milestones. See Community Progress for further information at the community level.
